Day 1 : Trivandrum - Kovalam
On day 01 of the Kovalam Ayurveda Tour, arrive at Trivandrum and get greeted by the tour operator. Transfer to Kovalam and check in at the Ayurvedic Resort. In the afternoon, consult the Ayurvedic physicians and spend rest of the day at the resort.

Day 2 : In Kovalam
On day 02 of the tour, take Yoga and Meditation session in the morning and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul with an Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. Leisure in the afternoon. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 3 : Kovalam
Day 03 of the Kovalam Ayurveda Tour begins with a Yoga and Meditation session. After which you rejuvenate your body, mind and soul with an Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. In the afternoon, go on a half-day sightseeing tour of the Trivandrum city. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 4 : Kovalam
On day 04 of the Kovalam Ayurveda Tour take Yoga, Meditation session, and the rejuvenation massage. Afternoon is at leisure. In the evening go for a boat cruise on Thiruvallam backwaters and visit a traditional Kerala home. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 5 : Kovalam
Take morning Yoga and Meditation session and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul with an Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage on day 05 of the Kovalam Ayurveda Tour. Leisure in the afternoon. In the evening visit Kalari, the traditional Kerala health and body care center. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 6 : Kovalam
On day 06, after morning Yoga and Meditation session, rejuvenate your body, mind and soul with an Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. In the afternoon, go for an excursion to Kanya Kumari (Cape Comorin). Enjoy the enchanting view of the sunset. Later return to the resort for overnight stay.

Day 7: Kovalam
After morning Yoga and Meditation session, rejuvenate your body, mind and soul with Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage on day 07 of the Kovalam Ayurveda Tour. Spend rest of the day strolling at the cool beaches. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 8 : Kovalam
On day 08, after morning Yoga and Meditation session, rejuvenate your body, mind and soul with an Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 9 : Departure
On day 09 of the Kovalam Ayurveda Tour, transfer to the Trivandrum airport to board your flight for the onward journey.Tour Ends.
